Kristina Dojcinovic is a dynamic leader and strategic visionary in the property development industry. As CEO of Lukin Property, Director & founder of DkL2 Pty Ltd, she plays a pivotal role in driving sales, marketing, and strategic growth for Lukin Development.

Founded in 2024 by Kristina Dojcinovic and Dean Andrew Lukin, DKL2 Pty Ltd was created to manage their assets and ensure the continued success and stability of the Lukin Property portfolio. The company has a clear focus on transitioning leadership from Dean to Kristina, positioning itself to be a major force in South Australia for the next 50 years.
DKL2 Pty Ltd’s main objective is to secure its most valuable asset as the largest regional development in South Australia. Through innovative strategies, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence, DKL2 is determined to leave a lasting impact on the region’s property development landscape.
With past uncertainties now behind, Dean Lukin announced that SA Water is investing $330 million in the construction of the Eyre Peninsula Desalination Plant. This investment, alongside the development of 10 hectares of their 150-hectare site, has transformed the project into a billion-dollar development.
